GL Accountant

Job description

• Providing consulting and operational support for our business clients in the general ledger / general accounting domain
• Participation in various types of projects - according to business needs
• Daily/monthly execution of general ledger accounting operations along with providing professional process advisory and proposing improvement opportunities
• Participation in accounting process transformation programs and system implementation activities. Preparation of process documentation (process flow maps, Standard Operation Procedures, RACI matrix)
• Supporting process transitions in different phases (planning, design, knowledge transfer, go-live, stabilization)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in General Accounting / General Ledger domain
• Good command of English
• Excellent analytical skills along with MS Excel knowledge
• Familiarity with at least one ERP system (e.g. SAP)
• Flexibility on business trips

• You have previous experience in participation in transition and improvement activities
